The Camping Torre Castiglione is located on the south-western coast of Puglia north of Gallipoli, on the Torre Lapillo - Torre Columena road, called provincial road 340 and runs alongside the Marine Protected Area of Porto Cesareo, in Torre Lapillo.
The location is unique because it extends from the road towards the sea with a direct view of the beach.
The clear body of water is among the most beautiful in Salento, the sand is fine and clear while the shallow seabed gives the water a beautiful turquoise color on calm days.
The campsite consists of a service center near the entrance, all welcome and farewell activities take place at the reception. From this point the paths branch off and lead through the campsite to the beach.
At the Campsite
The images show the tree-lined paths, the campsite units and the beautiful Mediterranean scrub in which the campsite is immersed, enriched by exotic plants and a well-kept English lawn that allow a pleasant relaxation.
Service Structures
After passing the entrance, you come across the service centre, here the bathrooms, internal and external showers and drains are well arranged. Most of the commonly used campsite facilities are equipped with hot water. The coin-operated washing machines are located in a dedicated tensile structure not far from the service center.
Restaurant, Self-Service, Bar and Market
The Torre Castiglione campsite offers its customers: a bar with a large seating area, a market equipped with food and non-food products, fruit and vegetables. The pizza restaurant also works for self-service. The beach service consists of an area equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs which can be used upon reservation.

There is also a go kart track, riding and diving.
You can visit and circumnavigate Rabbit Island, the Coastal Towers, Malva Island.
Snorkeling at the submerged Roman Columns or at the submerged statue of Our Lady of the Sailors.
È accessible with a special reservation, the twin-engine Catamaran, to experience an exciting mini-cruise with an aperitif of local products and fruits accompanied by local wine.
The taxi boat or boat with transparent hull will allow you to make various excursions for the observation of the seabed and the environment of the Marine Park of Porto Cesareo.
You can rent bikes, scooters, cars and boats and even fridge by asking for references in reception.
The campsite bar offers customers a fridge for popsicles.

Wonderful experience.. the sea speaks to them by itself, but also everything else... I think it is not easy to have a structure so large, and take care of all the details...but I must say that the toilets were many and always clean...
